How many VMs can be created 12 CPUs X 2.299 Ghz processor socket 2, core per socket 6, logical processor 24, memory 64 GB?

Hi Community,

Primarily, we want to know how many Windows and Ubuntu VM's can be created in this configuration assuming each Ubuntu has 512 MB ram and 20 GB HD?

We are planning to create one Windows sever 2008 Virtual machine in this ESxi which shall consume all the resources of the ESxi and in this we want to run oracle VB and create at least 100 VMs, please advise is this possible using the Esxi server too.
