We are looking for another university that is using Symantec BackupExec 2010 to back up their VM hosts. We have been on symantec support call now for about 2 weeks and still getting backup snapshots that will not delete. Sometimes it will lock up the VMhost which makes it inaccessible. Any help at this point would be appriciated. I can provide more details.
